I really wanted to love this pan because everyone always makes these things sound like they’re basically perfect once you take care of them, but the seasoning has been a pain for me. I followed the instructions, used oil, dried it right away, did all the usual stuff people say to do, and food still stuck way more than I expected.

Eggs were absolutely not nonstick for me, not even close, and cleanup ended up taking longer than it does with my cheaper cast iron pan. Maybe it gets better after a ton of use, because apparently every pan needs a whole life story before it works right, but for the price I expected it to be a lot smoother from the start.

I really wanted to like this pan, but after using it a few times, I was disappointed. The food didn’t cook very evenly, and I noticed the pan seemed to cool down surprisingly fast once I added ingredients. I expected it to hold heat better, especially for basic cooking, but it just didn’t perform the way I thought it would. It’s not the worst pan ever, but it definitely didn’t meet my expectations...

I reached out to customer support twice and still haven’t gotten an actual answer. At this point, it feels like I’m just being brushed off, so I’m going to have to escalate the complaint if someone doesn’t properly address the issue soon

I do like the overall look of this pan. The shape is nice, and the handle feels like it was designed thoughtfully. It seems solid and cooks fine so far, but mine had a couple rough spots in the finish that kind of surprised me, especially for the price. Maybe I just got one that wasn’t perfect, I’m not really sure. It’s not a bad pan by any means, but I guess I expected it to feel a little more polished

My order did arrive in good shape, so no real complaints there. It just took a little longer than I thought it would, and the tracking wasn’t very clear, which reminded me of that old feeling of checking the mailbox over and over as a kid. Nothing awful happened, but the whole shipping experience was just kind of average for me.

My cast iron pan arrived packed really well, and there wasn’t any damage to the pan itself. The box did have a small dent on one corner, but that’s not a big deal since everything inside was totally fine. It took a few days longer than I was expecting, but I’m not going to act like that ruined the whole experience. Overall, I’m happy with it.

It’s not just heavy, it feels weirdly front-heavy, so carrying it from the stove to the sink is way more annoying than it should be. The handle doesn’t help either, and my wrist got tired quicker than expected. Pouring with it felt awkward too. Maybe someone else wouldn’t care, but I regret buying it.
